Returns
Due to the nature of our herbal and wellness products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products.
Refund Eligibility
- You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong item.
- Your order was lost during shipping and cannot be delivered.
- The product arrived in a condition that makes it unusable.
All refund requests are subject to review and approval by our support team.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:

- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
- Orders returned without prior approval.
- Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless defective).
How to Request a Return or Refund
To request a return or refund, please contact our customer support team and provide:

- Full name
- Reason for the request
- Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy above.
